By creating an account or using any VittSphere service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using our platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
2. Our Services
VittSphere provides:
- Personal CFO: AI-powered personal finance management for individuals
- CFO360 Pro: MSME compliance platform — GST/TDS/MCA filing, registrations, AI advisory, loans
- CA-assisted filing: Our qualified CA team assists with return filing after you submit a request and approve computation

AI Advisory is not professional advice
Our AI CFO Advisory feature provides general financial guidance based on your data. This is not a substitute for professional CA, legal, or financial advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making significant financial or tax decisions. VittSphere is not liable for decisions made based solely on AI-generated advice.
CA-assisted filing responsibility
Our CA team files returns based on data and documents you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information submitted. VittSphere is not liable for penalties arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
4. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes under Indian law
- Not attempt to access other users' data or reverse-engineer the platform
- Promptly review and approve/reject computations shared by the CA team
5. Subscription and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. The 14-day free trial does not require a credit card. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
Refunds: If you cancel within 7 days of a paid subscription renewal, we will refund the amount. Beyond 7 days, no refund is applicable for the current billing period.
6. Data and Privacy
Your data is yours. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for complete details on data collection, storage, and your rights.
7. Intellectual Property
VittSphere, CFO360, and all associated logos, software, and content are intellectual property of VittSphere Technologies Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, VittSphere shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
